Poly Styrene Granule Insulation Mortar

CEMENT Mansonly Mortar

    The lubricity of MEICELL® cellulose ethers improves workability, making spreading easier and increasing efficiency. Users also prefer the "feel" that cellulose products give to tile adhesives and grouts in the actual site.

  • Easy mixing without lumping

    MEICELL® cellulose ethers as additives are vital when dry powder products are mixed by hand. The lubricating properties of MEICELL® cellulose ethers reduce friction between particles, saving time and making thorough dispersion easier.

  • Excelent water retention

    MEICELL®Cellulose ethers increase the water retained by the adhesive, minimizing the amount absorbed by the substrate and by the tile.
    This increased open time, and brings gains in productivity because the adhesive can be applied to a wider area. MEICELL® cellulose also can extend shelf life and pot-life of ready-mixed adhesives, prolonging their usefulness.

  • Enhanced adhesion and sagging resistance

    MEICELL® cellulose products enhance adhesion, even at high ratios of water to solids, ensuring a better result and preventing sagging. MEICELL® additives can help your products resist sliding, a benefit that tile setters will appreciate.

  • Heat resistance

    Heat resistance additives can be included in formulations using MEICELL® cellulose ethers to ensure that adhesives offer bonding strength after exposure to heat.

CEMENT Tile grout

Grouts are used to fill gaps between different types of tiles.
They can be applied in different widths and are available in many different colours.to keep shrinkage to a minimum,
MEICELL® Tile grout types are recommended. MEICELL® prevents excessive absorption of water into the substrate or the ceramic covering, giving enough time for rubbing and finishing.

Extrusion

MEICELL® Cellulose ethers are versatile, water-soluble, and highly efficient binders with excellent burnout characteristics, for Extrusion they can work as the binder that gels at elevated temperatures to improve cohesion, increase green strength, and eliminate binder migration.

Our MEICELL® cellulose ethers are used extensively across many extrusion applications.

Generally they are formed from raw materials at room temperature and derive their typical characteristics through a sintering process at high temperatures.
They are characterized by their special properties such as a high temperature resistance, high mechanical and extrusion stability or low electric conductivity. 

MEICELL® cellulose ethers are primarily used for the chemical engineering of high-performance ceramics as process auxiliary. 
Depending on the application, specialMEICELL® grades are used.
